SHIPPING POLICY

All items (domestic & international) are shipped with USPS. International shipping can take up to a month depending on the country and their postal service. Also, custom fees may apply to specific countries. Please contact us with any other questions. We are not responsible for lost items or items damaged in transit.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and billing address must match for security reasons or your PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Any claims must be made between buyer and carrier. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing, pending availability, and credit card verification. Shipping time may be longer depending on our order volume. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Deliveries

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products they receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the products you receive. Each box is carefully packaged to stay fresh until delivery. However, to maintain the highest quality and integrity of the products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate the items when you receive them. You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that the ingredients arrive in a cool, refrigerated condition.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds if you are dissatisfied with a product or ingredient for any reason, please contact us at dekalbjuicengo@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the Product and we will either replace the Product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
